Our bespoke training is developed to meet the individual needs of your company, ensuring a level of compliance and safety which exceeds the minimum standards.
We understand that the care sector is not a 9am – 5pm provision and as such we are happy to deliver your training at a time to suit you – weekdays, evening and weekends.
Our instructors are highly qualified with the necessary qualifications in the lifelong learning teaching and coaching sector to provide specialised training across a variety of settings. Their years of hands-on experience coupled with bespoke course content

About the Founder
James is considered one of the UK’s leading experts in physical intervention and the law surrounding reasonable force, with 30 years of experience in the field. He has worked across a variety of specialised education and residential care settings with some of the UK’s most challenging young people and adults – both in secure units and Tier 1 services for people with disabilities and mental health issues.
James combines hands-on experience having worked at the cutting edge of health and social care with a proven academic background, at J M Consultancy you are in safe hands. James has been training nationally for over 16 years and is a leading consultant for numerous Health and Social care industry organisations licensed conflict management coach, a licensed First Aid instructor and associated Health & Social Care training.
